Duration: Hire runs for 2–5 days, with the collection and return dates agreed for your event.
Dates: Request your event date 2–4 weeks ahead where possible and include any surprise-proposal timing.
Location & delivery: Collect from Highett at no extra charge, or arrange paid delivery and collection in Melbourne.
Setup & what to bring: Agree who will style the hired pieces and allow venue access for any setup service you arrange.
Good to know: Keep lighting and electronic props protected from rain and return reusable items by the agreed deadline.
