Your booking request is sent to the partner with your event details. They'll review your request and respond within their stated response time (usually 24 hours). Both parties can communicate through the platform to finalize details.
Most packages are customisable to suit your needs. Each partner profile notes which aspects can be adjusted. You can discuss custom options when you contact the partner about your booking.
Yes. Your contact details are only shared with a partner after you've submitted a booking request and they've accepted. Before that, all communication goes through the Pitchd platform.
Payment details are handled directly between you and your partner according to the booking terms you agree to. Pitchd does not process payments through the platform.
