Why do you charge a Booking Success Fee?
Pitchd only gets paid when Partners get booked. These fees help fund platform development, customer acquisition, Partner promotion and ongoing marketplace growth.
When do I pay?
Your monthly plan starts when you join. Booking success fees only apply after a successful booking through Pitchd.
Do payment processing fees apply?
Payment processing is included within the Booking Success Fee, so there is no extra payment gateway surprise layered on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel when your business needs change.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, anytime. A higher tier gets you a lower Booking Success Fee on every booking and a larger package allowance, and the change applies immediately.
