Why do you charge a Booking Success Fee?
The Booking Success Fee is how Pitchd earns when a Partner gets booked. It helps fund platform development, customer acquisition, Partner promotion and ongoing marketplace growth.
When do I pay?
The Free plan has no monthly fee, and paid plans aren't open for purchase yet, so nothing is charged. The Booking Success Fee only applies after a successful booking through Pitchd.
Do payment processing fees apply?
Payment processing is included within the Booking Success Fee, so there is no extra payment gateway surprise layered on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel when your business needs change.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Every Storefront starts on the Free plan, and you can move up from your Partner dashboard once paid plans open. The Booking Success Fee is the same on every plan; a paid plan adds a larger package allowance and the extras listed on its card.
Does Premium guarantee the top spot in search?
No. In the Recommended order, Premium Partners (who pay for a Pitchd plan) can appear up to 3 places higher than they otherwise would. They are never guaranteed first, and Customers' filters always apply. Premium is a paid plan, not a quality or safety check.
