Version 3.1. Pitchd is committed to building a marketplace where every Supplier can grow their business and every Consumer can plan their event or experience without facing discrimination. We believe in equal access, equal respect, and equal opportunity for everyone on the Platform. This Non-Discrimination Policy sets out the standards Pitchd holds for all Suppliers and Consumers and reflects our obligations under Australian anti-discrimination law, including the Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cth), the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), and the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).
Pitchd does not discriminate and will not tolerate discrimination on its Platform. Every person who uses Pitchd deserves to be treated with dignity and to have equal access to the services the Platform provides. Pitchd commits to:
Discrimination on the Pitchd Platform is prohibited on the basis of any of the following protected characteristics.

Some Suppliers may have legitimate, lawful reasons to restrict their services that are not discriminatory. Permitted restrictions include:
Any restriction that appears legitimate but is actually used as a pretext to discriminate on the basis of a protected characteristic remains a breach of this policy.
Pitchd is committed to making the Platform accessible to all users including those with disabilities. If you experience accessibility barriers, contact us at support@pitchd.com.au and we will endeavour to assist you.
Suppliers are encouraged to note accessibility features of their services on their Custom Storefront to help Consumers with specific needs find appropriate services.
If you believe you have experienced discrimination on the Pitchd Platform, contact Pitchd support at support@pitchd.com.au as soon as possible. Include:
Pitchd will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge your report within 2 business days and investigate promptly. Pitchd handles reports as confidentially as reasonably practicable, subject to any disclosure necessary to investigate the matter, protect Platform users, or comply with applicable law. Pitchd will not tolerate retaliation against any Supplier or Consumer who makes a good faith report of discrimination.
Any Supplier or Consumer found to have discriminated against another will face consequences commensurate with the severity of the conduct. Consequences may include:
Pitchd may update this Non-Discrimination Policy from time to time. Where a change is material, Pitchd will provide reasonable notice by email or through the Platform where appropriate.
